Gentle, Slow Flow, & Yoga Nidra
On Monday evenings, join us for Gentle Yoga, a supportive class focused on the foundational elements of a Vinyasa-style practice. You’ll move through mindful, accessible sequences that emphasize alignment and breath, helping you build confidence and reconnect with your body in a calm, grounded way.
Unwind and restore in our Yoga Nidra class on Monday nights, a guided meditative practice often called "yogic sleep." You'll be gently led into a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully aware, allowing the body to rest, the nervous system to reset, and the mind to quiet. This calming practice supports better sleep, stress relief, and emotional balance—offering a peaceful reset for the week ahead. No movement required—just lie back, listen, and let go.
On Thursday mornings, our Slow Flow Vinyasa class offers a gentle, breath-led flow that blends
movement with stillness, and incorporates elements of yoga philosophy to deepen your practice both on and off the mat. This class invites thoughtful reflection alongside physical movement, creating a holistic experience for body, mind, and spirit.

three-part breath, grounding breath holds, and the flowing circular breath

Yin Yoga
On Tuesday evenings, the class is held in a gently infrared-heated room (90–95 degrees) to support deeper release, enhance circulation, and encourage a soothing sense of relaxation. On Thursday evenings, the class is not heated and concludes with a 15–20 minute sound bath, allowing you to rest in savasana while being bathed in the calming tones of crystal singing bowls.

Hatha Yoga

Restorative Yoga

With the aid of props and breath awareness , each pose is held in quiet stillness, gently guiding the body out of stress mode and into the “rest and digest” state—where true healing and restoration can occur. This practice allows your nervous system to unwind, your mind to soften, and your energy to reset.
