She leads a Yoga/Pilates Fusion that blends stretching, balance, and strength for a mindful, well-rounded practice.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their bodies, fostering both physical and mental strength.

Lindsay has been teaching yoga since 2018, with specialized training in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She’s on track to complete her 500-hour certification by the end of 2024.
Known for her calming presence, she enjoys teaching slow flow, gentle yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra while occasionally embracing the energy of vinyasa. Her classes focus on finding peace and balance, both on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, Lindsay is a Certified Integral Sound Healing Practitioner, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator.
She also loves singing with a community folk choir.
