Yes! The parking lot is behind the building. Enter the parking lot from 100 North. Our main entrance is also conveniently located in the back just off the parking lot.
Our main entrance is located at the back of the building just off the parking lot. When you enter our lobby, you will find places to put your shoes and belongings before heading into the studio room.
What should I bring?
Your yoga mat if you have one. We have several at the studio that are available for use. Water–especially if you will be attending one of our HOT classes..
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely.
I’ve never tried yoga before, what should I expect?
We are a yoga for all studio, and we love beginners! When you arrive at the studio, you may park in the parking lot in the back, or on the street. Enter from the back door (by the parking lot). In the lobby, you will take off your shoes (and socks if you would like), then grab a mat if you need one and head back to the studio. The teacher will be there to greet you and help you get set up. Once class begins, the teacher will guide the class through a series of yoga poses–and will be happy to help you with any poses you may find difficult. Each class usually ends with a Savasana–a resting/meditative pose lying on your mat. After a few minutes of rest, the teacher will invite you to return to a seated position. Each class ends with the teacher saying “Namaste” and the class members responding with “Namaste”. Namaste is a Sanskrit word that roughly means: “The light in me honors the light in you.”
Do I need to sign up for a class, or can I just show up?
We do take walk-ins, however it is recommended to sign up ahead of time. Signing up will secure your spot in the class and let the teacher know who to plan for so they know when everyone has arrived.
How do I sign up for a class?
The easiest way to book a class is to download the Mindbody app on your phone. Mindbody is a scheduling app that many fitness/health/wellness studios use for booking classes and appointments. Once you have created your Mindbody account, search for Bottoms Up Yoga, and you will be directed to our page where you can see our schedule and book classes. You can also book classes directly from our website (which will also direct you to create a Mindbody account.) If you are booking within 15-20 minute before class starts, the system may not allow you to book. Just go ahead and come down to the studio, and the teacher will be able to sign you in.
If you are using the Mindbody app or booking from our website you will be prompted to choose a pricing option and pay for class when you book it. We also accept payment at the studio–just talk to your teacher before or after class, and they will be happy to help you..
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, through the Mindbody scheduling & payment software that we use. We do not have a card reader at the studio, but your card info can be keyed in at the time of purchase
Do you take cash?
Yes. Only in person at the studio.
Do you take Venmo?
Yes. Please speak with your teacher for more information on paying by Venmo.
What are your pricing options?
Drop-in/single class rate is $15 (Your first class will be discounted to half price.)
1 week unlimited (New Student Deal): $15 (Choose this option after you have come to your first class at half price.)
5 Class Pack: $70
10 Class Pack: $135
Weekday Mornings Only Pass: $50/month
Yes! Please refer to the membership pricing info on our website
Multi-class packs can be shared. Memberships can not be shared, however, we do offer family discounts. Please speak with your teacher, or contact us at 385-422-3363 (prefer text) and we can get that set up for you.
Can I bring my kids?
Our yoga classes are geared toward adults and older teens. At this time, we do not offer any children’s classes. We ask that you do not bring your young children. And, let’s be honest–you need a break!.
What if I have physical limitations, or I’m really out of shape?
Please speak with your doctor about whether yoga is safe for you. But generally speaking, our teachers are very good at helping you modify the poses to allow you to practice in a way that works for your body. As always–it is your practice, and you know your body and its abilities and limitations best. If you are not sure which classes would fit your particular needs, please contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.
How big are your classes?
Most classes have a 15 student capacity. If a class you want to sign up for is full, we invite you to join the waitlist.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. They can be purchased at the studio before or after a class, or you can contact us and we will help you.
How hot are the HOT classes?
The classes that are listed as HOT, are generally heated to between 87-95 degrees. We use infrared radiant heaters. You can learn more about infrared heat on our website. Bring water, and drink lots!
