At Bottoms Up Yoga Studio, we want to ensure that you have a great experience. Please take note of our refund policy below:
No refunds on classes attended. Once you attend a class, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any merchandise purchased from the studio.
Refunds are only available if you cancel your booking at least 20 minutes before the scheduled class. Requests for refunds will not be processed after this timeframe.
Partial refunds are not available once a class has been attended. If a customer attends a class, no refund will be issued for that class.
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone at least 20 minutes before your scheduled class . All refund requests must be made through our customer service team.
